2. Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official email address or another approved communication channel.
The cancellation period will be calculated from the date Rajasthani Trips receives the written request. Customers should retain the cancellation acknowledgement for future reference.
3. Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the relevant cancellation charges and any applicable non-refundable costs permitted under the booking terms.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment conditions and payment provider procedures.

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing arrangements, or other confirmed services are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the revised arrangements and supplier policies. Changes requested close to the travel date may be subject to additional restrictions.
6. No-Show Policy
If a traveller fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location or does not use a confirmed service without following the applicable cancellation procedure, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable supplier policies.
